Cathy Panagakis
Cathy is a grandmother who can out-joke your grandpa and out-snack your grandkids. Twice a graduate of Jeff Justice’s Comedy Class, after dazzling crowds at both the Jeff Justice graduation shows and alumni nights, Cathy has also lit up the stage at Aurora Cineplex in Roswell, GA, so many times that the popcorn is on a first-name basis with her. When she’s not cracking up audiences, Cathy is helping homeowners with their property insurance claims as a public adjuster—bringing clarity, compassion, and maybe even a smile to a stressful situation. Bedtime is negotiable, but making people feel better with a smile or joke is not.  Cathy can be found on:
